30-Day Return Policy

Sports Pro Kit accepts eligible returns within 30 days of the original order date. This policy applies to customers regardless of their delivery location, subject to applicable laws and the conditions described below.

To be eligible for a return, an NFL jersey or other eligible product must be returned in its original condition. Items should be unworn, unused, and in a condition suitable for resale, with all applicable product tags and labels attached and the original packaging included where provided.

Return Eligibility

Before sending an item back, please make sure that the following conditions are satisfied:

• The return request is made within 30 days of the original order date.
• The product has not been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
• All applicable tags and labels remain attached to the product.
• The product is returned with its original packaging where applicable.
• The item is returned in a condition suitable for inspection and processing.
• The return is not excluded under the personalized-product provisions of this policy.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once an eligible returned product has been received and inspected, Sports Pro Kit may process the applicable refund or exchange according to the customer's request and the conditions of this policy.

If Sports Pro Kit sent an incorrect product or there is another fulfillment error attributable to us, please contact customer care before returning the item so that we can provide appropriate instructions.

Personalized NFL Jerseys

Personalized jerseys are products that have been customized with a selected player name, player number, custom name, custom number, or other personalization option selected or entered by the customer.

Because personalized products are made specifically according to the selected customization, customized NFL jerseys are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once customization has entered production, except where the product is defective or the personalization was incorrectly produced by Sports Pro Kit, or where applicable law provides otherwise.

Pre-Selected Player Name or Number

NFL jerseys that include a pre-selected player name or number may be subject to additional return conditions. If you believe such a product should be returned, please contact customer care before sending it back so that the request can be reviewed.

Custom Name or Number

Jerseys printed with a customer-entered name or number are considered personalized products. These items cannot normally be returned simply because the customer changes their mind or no longer wants the selected customization.

Approved Personalized Returns

If a personalized NFL jersey is accepted for return under an applicable exception, additional printing, customization, or shipping costs may apply depending on the requested resolution.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If your NFL jersey arrives defective, damaged, or different from the product you ordered, please contact Sports Pro Kit customer care as soon as possible after delivery.

When contacting us, please provide your order number and clear photographs showing the product, packaging, tags, and the issue. This information helps our team review the problem and determine the appropriate resolution.

How to Return an NFL Jersey

If you would like to return an eligible product, please follow these steps:

• Contact Sports Pro Kit customer care at jerseyprocare@hotmail.com and provide your order number.
• Explain whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange.
• Wait for the return instructions provided by our customer care team.
• Make sure the NFL jersey is unworn and includes all applicable tags, labels, and original packaging.
• Package the product securely to reduce the risk of damage during return transportation.
• Send the package using the return method and address provided by Sports Pro Kit.
• Keep your return shipment receipt and tracking information until the return has been fully processed.

Return Shipping

Unless a return is required because Sports Pro Kit sent an incorrect product or another fulfillment issue was caused by us, return shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility.

Customers are responsible for packaging returned products securely. Sports Pro Kit is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged before reaching us when the customer is responsible for arranging the return shipment.

Refund Processing

Returned products are reviewed after they are received. Once the return has been approved, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.

The time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider or financial institution used for the original transaction.
